Introduction
We aim to cater for the needs of all our guests in our eight bed-roomed guest accommodation in the North Shore area of Blackpool. The following statement is a summary of our provision.
The owners are always available at The Berwick should you require assistance in any way. If you have any specific questions please feel free to contact us and we will endeavour to help.    

 Pre-Arrival

The Berwick can be contacted by telephone, text, e-mail and fax for bookings. (See details below)  
We have a basic website.
A large print access statement and menus are available on request.
Bus stops within 50 metres; Frequent buses with ramped access travel into Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood.
Tram and bus stops within 150 metres (limited access onto trams.) to Star Gate and Fleetwood.
Blackpool town centre and train station are ten minutes by car or bus and thirty minutes walk.
The owners will collect guests from train station, bus station or airport on pre-booked request.
Taxis with ramped access can be arranged with prior knowledge.

 Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

Our four place private car park is located to the rear of the building approximately 100 metres from the entrance. Guests are invited to leave their luggage in the hallway before taking their car to the car park. The route from the car park is flat and paved, lit at night by street lamps. The pavement outside The Berwick is flat and paved.

There is unrestricted car parking on the road in front of The Berwick and a pay and display car park 400 metres away.
The owners are happy to assist guests and their luggage from their car or taxi into the entrance hall.
There are three long paved steps from the pavement to the front entrance door, with an additional ramped access to the left of the property. The front door is locked at all times, the push bell for which is located to the right of the entrance door at shoulder height.                                                                                                                                Continue
