The guest lounge is located to the front of the ground floor hallway which has level access through an inwards opening glazed door. There is comfortable seating on three sides of the room.  There is a TV for the use of guests, which has teletext and a remote control. In the centre of the room is a low coffee table.
The dining room is located to the left rear of the ground floor hallway with level access through a solid door. The door is always fixed back when the dining room is in use. There are individual tables for the eight rooms, which can be moved on request.
Additional Information

Guests are shown to their individual rooms; all facilities and emergency procedures are fully explained.
WiFi internet access is available; televisions in all rooms have teletext subtitles and remote controls.
The building and the front patio area are strictly non-smoking.
