Main Entrance, Reception & Ticketing Area

The main door opens inwards and can be double opened as required. There is one small step over the threshold into the level carpeted hallway. The ground floor entrance hall is large and light and is lit at all times by emergency lighting. There are three additional doors leading from the hallway. The guest lounge is accessed from the front left of the hall and has comfortable seating where registration takes place. The dining room is accessed from the back left; and the bar area is accessed from the rear of the hall. Each door has clear signage.
The stairs to the bedrooms leads from the back of the hallway.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors etc

Stairs to the bedrooms are located at the rear of the hall. There are 13 steps to a small landing with a 90 degree left turn to 4 additional steps onto the first landing where rooms 1, 2, 3, and 4 are located. There is a hand rail on the left hand side of the stairs. The stairs are carpeted with a short pile carpet. The stairs are well lit at all times.
The first floor landing is large and lit at all times by maintained emergency lighting. There is additional lighting as required.
There is a toilet for the use of all guests located at the rear of the first floor landing.
From the left of the first landing there are 16 steps, with two half landings (after 4, then 5 steps) with 90 degree left turns up to the second floor landing, where rooms 5, 6, 7 and 8 are located. There is a hand rail to the left hand side of the stairs.
All bedrooms have inside opening doors with half height handles and level access.

All bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms. The showers have a one step entrance with outward opening doors. Rooms 5, 6, and 7 have curtains to the showers.
All double rooms have access to both sides of the bed.
