All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the tariffs applicable according to the season.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Breakfast is served from 8.30 -9.00.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
Luggage can be left at reception if required.

Rooms will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival. Guests arriving prior to this
time may leave luggage at reception.

 

The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests property.

Cars are parked at owners risk. The hotel will accept no responsibility for damage to vehicles or loss of same.

In the event of cancellation or curtailment, should the accommodation not be re-let, the person who made the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation.

 

Accounts must be paid before departure and cheque's will only be accepted if prior arrangement has been made with the proprietors to allow for bank clearance.

When booking your stay you are entering a legally binding contract and it is recommended that you take out holiday insurance cover.

 

The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.

 

The proprietors expect the rooms to be left in the same condition as on arrival. the cost of repair or replacement of damaged items during a guests stay will become the responsibility of that guest.
